FAQ
To fully enjoy Scighera Rosato Pét-Nat, it is recommended to serve it at 6–8°C, allow the bottle to rest after transport, and gently rotate it to resuspend the lees. Open carefully due to the natural pressure inside the bottle.
Scighera Rosato offers aromas of red berries, citrus, and pink grapefruit, with delicate notes of bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with fine perlage, bright acidity, and a well-balanced structure with pleasing persistence.
A Pét-Nat rosé sur lie is a wine that completes fermentation in the bottle without filtration or disgorgement. The lees remain at the bottom and, when resuspended, enrich the wine with bread-like notes, greater aromatic complexity, and added structure.
