FAQ

What kind of wine is Giuly?2026-06-29T15:04:37+02:00

Giuly is an organic skin-contact white wine, also known as an orange wine, made from Pecorino grapes. It stands out for its skin fermentation and for a more structured, complex, and intense profile compared with classic white wines.

What does orange wine or macerated white wine mean?2026-06-29T15:06:28+02:00

An orange wine is a white wine produced using red wine techniques: the juice remains in contact with the grape skins for an extended period. This process gives the wine a deeper color, greater structure, light tannins, and more complex aromas.

How is Giuly produced?2026-06-29T15:07:07+02:00

Giuly is made from hand-harvested grapes and undergoes spontaneous fermentation in amphora with indigenous yeasts. Skin maceration lasts approximately 30 to 40 days, without temperature control, followed by aging on fine lees and further bottle maturation.
