“Snail” award of the SLOW FOOD guide to FIORANO ORGILLA EVO OIL
Slow Food’s Guide to Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2022 has been in distribution for a few days. The compass book that every year helps consumers disentangle themselves from the complex and articulated world of quality oil has awarded the “SNAIL” to our farm for the production of the organic oil “Orgilla”.
The SNAIL is the certificate of excellence awarded to Italian oil producers who stand out for their organoleptic, territorial and environmental values in line with Slow Food’s ‘good, clean and fair’ philosophy. Belonging to the ‘medium/light fruity’ category, Orgilla organic oil has a good ‘fruitiness’ of medium to medium/light intensity depending on the year. On the nose, scents of artichoke, cut grass and a mix of tomato and almond stand out.
Happy to have won the gold medal for TERRE di GIOBBE -Rosso Piceno Superiore- at the International Organic Award 2022 (91 points ) and the SILVER MEDAL for the Pecorino DOCG DONNA ORGILLA (89 points)
We are happy to announce that also this year the Offida DOCG pecorino DONNA ORGILLA has deserved the recognition of the 5 GRAPPOLI BIBENDA in the 2022 guide. Donna Orgilla is a pecorino that originates from the rediscovery area of the vine in the Marche region, organic and pure. It is vinified in a natural way through fermentation with indigenous yeasts and low levels of sulfites in steel.

Finalmente torna la fiera più attesa dagli amanti dei vini artigianali che si svolgerà in tutta sicurezza seguendo protocolli e green pass, celebrando questo anno la X edizione .

Siamo contenti di ricevere anche quest’anno la CHIOCCIOLA di SLOW FOOD nella ” Guida agli Oli Extravergini 2021″ per “interpretazione dei valori organolettici, territoriali e ambientali in sintonia con la filosofia di SLOW FOOD” . Il riconoscimento , che ci vede tra tre altre sole aziende nelle Marche, è una indicazione dell’impegno che ogni giorno mettiamo nel nostro lavoro.
SOFT CAKE WITH GIANDUIA CREAM
Hi everybody and welcome into Fiorano’s kitchen! Today we are going to propose a very delicious recipe, but at the same time extremely easy , that you can try in this period of lockdown: the soft cake with gianduia cream…a very tasty recipe to cheer you up!
The ingredients you will need are:
Mix all the ingredients together in order to make the dough pretty sooth and add eventually the gianduia cream with a spoon. With a stick, move the chocolate in the dough in order to make the cake variegated. Put in a ventilated oven for 20 min at 180 °C.

A few days ago it has been released the Extravirgin Guide by Slow Food. The compass-book, which every year helps consumers to untangle through the complex oil quality world, has awarded a Snail to our farm for the production of the organic oil “Orgilla”.
The Snail is a certificate of excellence given to the Italian Virgin Oil producers able to stand out for their organoleptic, territorial and environmental values in harmony with the “good, clean and fair” philosophy of Slow Food. 28 manufacturing companies received the award among 580 reviewed.
