Soft Cake with Gianduia Cream recipe

Hi everybody and welcome into Fiorano’s kitchen! Today we are going to propose a very delicious recipe, but at the same time extremely easy , that you can try in this period of lockdown: the soft cake with gianduia cream…a very tasty recipe to cheer you up!

The ingredients you will need are:

  • 3 eggs
  • 300g flour 0
  • 1 yogurt 125g hazelnut or similar
  • 100 ml of oil (or butter)
  • Grated skin of 1 lemon
  • 200 g of chocolate/gianduia cream to put with a spoon in the dough
  • 140 g of sugar
  • 1 litte bag of yeast

Mix all the ingredients together in order to make the dough pretty sooth and add eventually the gianduia cream with a spoon. With a stick, move the chocolate in the dough in order to make the cake variegated. Put in a ventilated oven for 20 min at 180 °C.

FACING THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY, the Farm Holiday FIORANO put into practice all the necessary procedures in order to guarantee a very high hygienic standard in the private rooms as well as in the shared places  (cleansing and sanitization after every guest’s departure). Fiorano is a little accommodation structure that can welcome a few guests at the time and that surely faciltates the respect of all the safety rules. We have room and air for everybody! We will be open starting form JULY 11th

Nevertheless, we have decided that for this year 2020, our service of a very rich all you can eat breakfast, so appreciated by our guests, will not be done. OUR BREAKFASTS WILL ONLY BE SERVED DIRECTLY to the guests’ table by our staff in order to reduce every possible risk of contagious.
