We are happy to announce that also this year the Offida DOCG pecorino DONNA ORGILLA has deserved the recognition of the 5 GRAPPOLI BIBENDA in the 2022 guide. Donna Orgilla is a pecorino that originates from the rediscovery area of the vine in the Marche region, organic and pure. It is vinified in a natural way through fermentation with indigenous yeasts and low levels of sulfites in steel.

The GALLO OTTO 2017 wine was awarded the silver medal award-90 points in the prestigious International DECANTER -UK 2021 competition. This organic wine that ferments spontaneously and matures in terracotta amphorae is an unusual blend of syrah and montepulciano, rich in notes olfactory notes of undergrowth, ethereal and elegant notes.
Also this year, the GIULIA ERMINIA of the Fiorano winery was awarded the GOLD MEDAL-96 POINTS award in the prestigious international competition of DECANTER-UK 2021. This natural and organic pecorino-based wine is spontaneously fermented in tonneau with indigenous yeasts without temperature control. It is characterized by a unique aromatic complexity and hints of wildflowers and chamomile.
We reopen the farm holiday on 10th July in complete safety and we are ready to welcome you even better than before!

FACING THE COVID 2021 EMERGENCY, the FIORANO farmhouse has put in place all the procedures to ensure a very high standard of hygiene in the rooms and common areas (cleaning and sanitation at each change of guests, kit in the rooms for guest hygiene ). Fiorano is a small structure that can accommodate a few guests at a time, and that’s good. We have space and air for everyone. The Agriturismo will reopen starting from 11 JULY 2021 with some news.
Also for 2021, our rich breakfast buffet service, so appreciated by our customers, will not be carried out. BREAKFASTS WILL BE SERVED DIRECTLY by our staff at the guest table or will be partially served as a protected single-portion buffet, to reduce any health risk. Hand sanitizing gel will always be available in the hall, as well as well-spaced tables under the portico.
Obviously it is necessary to adopt the prevention and social distancing measures now common to all and, to comply with safety regulations, Agriturismo FIORANO will adopt a series of additional measures described below.
In any case, Agriturismo FIORANO does not accept the check-in of guests who have flu symptoms and, in general, health conditions for which the provisions of the Authority require to inform the family doctor and the Health Authority .

A FRONTE dell’EMERGENZA COVID 2021, l’agriturismo FIORANO ha messo in atto tutte le procedure atte a garantire uno standard igienico nelle camere e nelle parti comuni, molto elevato (detergenza e sanificazione ad ogni cambio di ospite, kit nelle camere per igiene ospiti) . Fiorano è una piccola struttura che può accogliere pochi ospiti alla volta, e questo è un bene. Abbiamo spazio e aria per tutti. L’Agriturismo riaprirà a partire dal 11 LUGLIO 2021 con qualche novità.
Anche per il 2021 , il nostro servizio di ricca prima colazione a buffet , così apprezzato dai nostri clienti, non verrà svolto. LE COLAZIONI SARANNO SERVITE DIRETTAMENTE dal nostro personale presso il tavolo degli ospiti o in parte saranno a buffet protetto a monoporzione, per ridurre qualsiasi rischio sanitario . Nella hall sarà sempre a disposizione gel igienizzante mani, oltre che tavoli ben distanziati sotto il porticato.
Ovviamente è necessario adottare le misure di prevenzione e distanziamento sociale ormai comuni a tutti e, per rispettare la normativa di sicurezza, l’Agriturismo FIORANO adotterà una serie di ulteriori misure descritte di seguito.
Siamo contenti di ricevere anche quest’anno la CHIOCCIOLA di SLOW FOOD nella ” Guida agli Oli Extravergini 2021″ per “interpretazione dei valori organolettici, territoriali e ambientali in sintonia con la filosofia di SLOW FOOD” . Il riconoscimento , che ci vede tra tre altre sole aziende nelle Marche, è una indicazione dell’impegno che ogni giorno mettiamo nel nostro lavoro.

Nevertheless, we have decided that for this year 2020, our service of a very rich all you can eat breakfast, so appreciated by our guests, will not be done. OUR BREAKFASTS WILL ONLY BE SERVED DIRECTLY to the guests’ table by our staff in order to reduce every possible risk of contagious.

a “SNAIL” for our organic extravirgin olive oil “ORGILLA”
A few days ago it has been released the Extravirgin Guide by Slow Food. The compass-book, which every year helps consumers to untangle through the complex oil quality world, has awarded a Snail to our farm for the production of the organic oil “Orgilla”.
The Snail is a certificate of excellence given to the Italian Virgin Oil producers able to stand out for their organoleptic, territorial and environmental values in harmony with the “good, clean and fair” philosophy of Slow Food. 28 manufacturing companies received the award among 580 reviewed.
The chemical analysis and the professional tasting panel make this oil with a “medium fruity” taste a high quality oil.
