Fiorano Oil is “SNAIL” in SLOW OIL guide 2020

a “SNAIL” for our organic extravirgin olive oil “ORGILLA”

A few days ago it has been released the Extravirgin Guide by Slow Food. The compass-book, which every year helps consumers to untangle through the complex oil quality world, has awarded a Snail to our farm for the production of the organic oil “Orgilla”.

The Snail is a certificate of excellence given to the Italian Virgin Oil producers able to stand out for their organoleptic, territorial and environmental values ​​in harmony with the “good, clean and fair” philosophy of Slow Food. 28 manufacturing companies received the award among 580 reviewed.

The chemical analysis and the professional tasting panel make this oil with a “medium fruity” taste a high quality oil.
