Even this year the  DOCG Offida Pecorino 2016 ” DONNA ORGILLA”  is  SLOW WINE  in  the guide “SLOW WINE 2018” ,  “5 GRAPES” in BIBENDA 2018 Guide and Finalist “3 BICCHIERI” GAMBERO ROSSO. The particular natural vinification, the use of our own organic  grapes and indigenous yeast, the value and control of accurate fermentation, create this great wine of particular structure and complexity.
